Please allow the Five Natural Team 1-3 business to pick, pack and prepare your order. Once your package has been fulfilled and shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Canada Wide

  • Orders over $99.99 before tax, qualify for FREE shipping in Canada
  • Orders under $99.99 are subject to choice of a calculated shipping rate. UPS Standard, GLS Ground, Canada Post Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority shipping costs and time will be calculated at checkout based on cart contents and delivery address.

*Please be advised that all orders shipped to remote areas in all Canadian provinces as listed in Table 9 on Canada Posts delivery standards may be subjected to additional shipping fees. It is possible your order may not meet free shipping due to product weights despite your order totalling greater than $99.99. In either of these circumstances our customer care team will reach out to you with the next steps, we reserve the right to cancel orders.

International Shipping 

International Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Additional custom fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer. Five Natural is not responsible for delays in customs.

All international orders are FINAL.

Please note some products are not available to ship internationally.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may attempt to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our Customer Service team immediately at support@fivenatural.com Please include your order number and the information used to make the purchase. To avoid changes or cancellations, we encourage you to carefully review your cart before submitting your order.

Backordered & Low Stock Items

When a product on your order is backordered or low in stock we will provide you with the following options:

1. Hold the order and ship once the product becomes available (back in stock).

2. Issue a refund for the product(s)
