Recommended Use
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 softgel twice daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. For use beyond 3 months, consult a health care practitioner. Risk Information: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking other medications or natural health products, if you have hypoglycemia or hypotension, a liver or kidney disorder, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, a blood disorder, or gall stones.
