Recommended Use
Directions Adults, take 3 capsules 3 times per day. For use as a source of protein, take 4 capsules 3 times per day. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Warnings Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
