Recommended Use
Recommended Use Collagen Full Spectrum is a source of the essential amino acid lysine that helps in collagen formation. It helps to reduce joint pain associated with osteoarthritis and is a factor in the maintenance of good health. Directions Adults - Take one tablespoon (15ml) one (1) to two (2) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
