Recommended Use
Directions Adults, take 1 capsule per day. Take with or after food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months. Warnings Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding or if you are taking blood thinners.
