Recommended Use
Directions Adult Women: Take 1 softgel daily with a meal prior to conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Warnings Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms (of nausea) persist or worsen.
