Recommended Use
Breastfeeding women: Pour 250 mL of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink 1 cup 3-5 times daily. Duration Of Use Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks. Cautions Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
