Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, adults and children (12 years and older), take 1-4 tablets, 1-4 times daily, or as recommended by health practitioner. Children (6-11 years), take 1-3 tablets, 1-4 times daily, or as recommended by health practitioner. Children (1-5 years), take 1/2-3 tablets, 1-3 times daily, or as recommended by health practitioner. Infants (0-11 months), take 1/2-3 tablets, 1-2 times daily, or as recommended by health practitioner. For 0-5 years old, dissolve in small amount of water.
