Recommended Use
Directions Adult Dosage: Take 5 capsules 3 times daily with meals. For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or are breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to the plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family or are pregnant.
