Suggested Usage When cooking with Carob substitute 1.5 to 2 parts Carob Powder for every 1 part cocoa powder called for in a recipe. Quick and Easy Carob Frosting 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. liquid vanilla extract 1/4 cup maple syrup 4 tbsp. milk 3/4 cup non-instant milk powder 1/4 cup, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
