Recommended Use
Directions Adults, take 1-2 tablets per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. Warning If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symp- toms develop, consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking prescription medication, have diabetes, a kidney disorder, blood pressure problems or if you suffer from any psychological disorders and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Contra-indications Do not use if you are pregnant or breast- feeding. Known adverse reactions May cause heartburn, shaking hands, perilabial numbness, sexual dysfunction and thyroid dysfunction. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. If dizziness, vomiting, dry mouth, thirst or nosebleed occur, discontinue use. Safety sealed with printed inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.

I started taking Sleep Tonight a few days ago.
It's calming but I have noticed experiencing weird dreams since taking it. I took a product by the same name many years ago but I didn't have weird dreams. The bottle was different so I am wondering if it's the same product or if the ingredients have been changed. Also, why does it contain prosphatidylserine?
