Recommended Use
2 softgels per day 30–45 minutes prior to bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Do not take on an empty stomach. Allergens: Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs.
