Recommended Use
Chew 2 tablets once per day before bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. Some people may experience drowsiness . Exercise caution if involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Allergens: Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/ vegans. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. For freshness, store in a cool, dry place.
